Clients’ brief:
Create a simply elegant front garden ~ my clients were very open to my design input and I worked closely with Phil Webb at Garden Webb
The garden was full of aged coniferous evergreens that kept my clients from enjoying their frontage. The new layout on the ground, combined with the beautiful landscaping materials really bring a touch of old charm to this double-fronted detached house. An entrance has been created from the front door ~ creating a comfortable wide path using Caledonian pebbles held in place by a honeycomb stabilisation system. The grey clay pavers work beautifully to frame the symmetry on the ground, inviting entrance to the garden framed with a lovely contemporary version of a white picket fence. The classic Yew hedging adds a touch of maturity to the planting scheme.
