Client brief
The brief was to extend the living room into the garden with a decked terrace outside the tri-fold doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The clients had their hearts set on a Millboard composite deck, and its flexible edging allowed us to achieve the sweeping curves that define the space.
A steel-framed Terrazza pergola transforms the deck into a year-round outdoor room, providing contemporary style and shelter from the elements.
The new garden is also a favourite with Basil, who enjoys exploring the pebble areas and weaving through the ornamental grasses. You can see Basil’s curiosity in action on my YouTube channel.
