Client brief
This front garden design was created to enhance the kerb appeal of a beautiful double-fronted home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, combining timeless elegance with practical, low-maintenance landscaping. Removing overgrown conifers we opened up the frontage and transformed the property’s appearance. A new gravel pathway, formed with Caledonian pebbles on a honeycomb stabilisation system, provides a durable, permeable surface leading to the front door.
Grey clay pavers reinforce the garden’s symmetry, while a contemporary white picket fence adds character and definition. The result is an elegant front garden that enhances kerb appeal, creates a welcoming entrance and adds lasting value to the property.
